Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when and how an order on bunkpoint.com can be cancelled.
Before payment is completed
You can cancel at any point before you complete payment on the Razorpay checkout page: close the checkout window or choose “back”. No charge is made and nothing else is needed.
After payment is completed
Practice PDFs are digital files delivered instantly after successful payment, so we will not be able to cancel an order once payment has gone through: the PDF is already available to you at that point.
If something went wrong with your payment, for example you were charged but got no access, or you were charged twice, that is covered by our Refund Policy.
Free mock tests and updates
Free mock tests are not a paid order, so there is nothing to cancel. If you joined our Telegram channel, you can leave it at any time.
