Refund Policy
The study guides and mock tests on BunkPoint are free. Our paid products are Practice PDFs: digital files delivered instantly after payment (see the Delivery Policy). Because the file is available to you as soon as you pay, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Every PDF has a free sample on its page, so please look at it before you buy.
When we do offer a refund
- You were charged more than once for the same product because of a technical error.
- You did not get access to the product within 24 hours of a successful payment, and we could not fix it.
- The file we delivered is damaged or cannot be opened, and we could not send you a working copy.
How to ask for a refund
Email team@bunkpoint.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and order details. We will reply with the result of our check. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We cannot refund to a different account or method.
