Delivery Policy
Practice PDFs are digital files. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
How you get your PDF
- Instantly on the website. Right after your payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page, where you can save the PDF to your phone or computer.
- By email. A copy of the PDF and a personal download link are emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
- Later, on the same browser. Open the PDF’s page on BunkPoint and tap Download PDF. The page recognises your purchase on that browser.
- On another device. Open the link in your receipt email. It works on any phone or computer, and there is no account to sign in to.
How long it takes
Delivery is normally instant. Sometimes the bank confirms a payment a little late: if the download page says your payment is still being confirmed, wait a minute and open the page again. Emails usually arrive within minutes. If one fails to send, we retry automatically, so it can arrive later than the download page.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged but your PDF did not arrive, check your spam folder and open the PDF’s page in the same browser. If you still have nothing, email team@bunkpoint.com with your payment ID. We will send it again, or refund you if we cannot (see our Refund Policy).
