These terms apply when you use bunkpoint.com, which is run by BunkPoint (“BunkPoint”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Who can use BunkPoint
BunkPoint is meant for exam aspirants. If you are under 18, please use the website with the knowledge of a parent or guardian, who must also make any purchase on your behalf.
Use of content
All mock tests, questions, answers, explanations, study guides and PDFs on BunkPoint belong to us or our content providers. You may use them for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, republish, upload or publicly share them, including on messaging groups and file-sharing sites, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the website. In particular, do not try to disrupt or overload it, scrape it in bulk, bypass its payment or download checks, or use it to break the law.
Free study guides and mock tests
Study guides and mock tests are free and need no account. Your answers and results are saved in your browser, so they may be lost if you clear your browser data or change device (see the Privacy Policy). We share updates through our Telegram channel, which you are welcome to join.
Paid products
Study guides and mock tests are free. Practice PDFs (question banks and sample papers) are optional paid products.
- Price. The price on a PDF’s page is the price you pay, in Indian Rupees (INR), as a one-time payment with no subscription. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase already made.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
- Delivery. After payment you get a download page and an emailed link. See the Delivery Policy.
- Licence. A purchased PDF is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, upload or share it.
- Cancellations and refunds. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep our material accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or covers every possible exam question. Please check dates, syllabus and rules in the official notification. See also our Disclaimer.
Third-party names and links
Exam and organisation names are used only to identify the exams our material is meant for, and belong to their owners. We are not connected with any exam-conducting body. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.
Limitation of liability
BunkPoint is a preparation aid, not a guarantee of selection. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for exam results or for losses that arise from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes never affect a purchase already made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at the place where BunkPoint's registered address is located.
